Plaintiff-appellant Sara Angel appeals from the district courts order affirming the Commissioners denial of her application for disability insurance benefits and supplemental security income benefits under the Social Security Act. We exercise jurisdiction under 42 U. S. C. Â§ 405(g) and 28 U. S. C. Â§ 1291. We review the Commissioners decision to determine whether the factual findings are supported by substantial evidence and whether the correct legal standards were applied. See Barnett v. Apfel, 231 F.3d 687, 689 (10th Cir. 2000).
